April Sound Information

April Sound is located on approximately a thousand acres of on the south shore side of Lake Conroe, 55 miles from Houston.  It began in the early 1970's as a resort and country club get-a-way for Houstonians.  Today thousands of people from all ages call April Sound their home.  A fully staffed professional security department constantly monitors the entry and exit of the community.  Some of the amenities include Golf & Country Club, Fine Dining, Marina, Park & Tennis Courts, Montgomery ISD Exemplary Schools.  There are many swimming pools, a hot tub, a fitness center.   The Civic Association works on keeping everything in April Sound beautiful!

The Club features 27 holes of golf designed to challenge all levels of players, 12 tennis courts (4 covered), a workout room, boat launch, 3 swimming pools, a lakeside conference center for business meetings and picturesque weddings, and a clubhouse with 2 dining areas and all of the usual amenities.

April Sound Resort and Convention Center.
This incredible resort, hidden away on the shores of Lake Conroe.  The rooms are luxurious condominiums and the scenic views are breathtaking. There is an 18-hole championship course as well as a nine-hole executive one. A number of other recreational amenities, including tennis and hiking, are offered as well.
